URL shortener

The tini.cc website provides a free URL shortening service.

The service is not intended for, and may not be used for, the following activities:

• Creating links for use in unsolicited email messages ("spam")
• Creating links for use in unwanted commercial forum posts or blog comments
• Creating links to web pages or sites depicting or distributing pornography
• Creating links to web pages or sites soliciting or advocating violence

In the event that we determine any of these activities has occurred, or that laws may have been broken through the use of the service, we may, at our sole discretion, take measures including but not limited to:

• Deleting offending URLs
• Blacklisting offending web sites so no further URLs can be created
• Blocking the IP addresses from which offending URLs were submitted
• Informing relevant legal authorities

Notwithstanding, we take no responsibility for links that have been created by our users, or for the content of the pages they lead to.

If you are getting spams, we highly recommend you to use E-mail filtering and to report incriminated URLs.
We will do our best to delete every URLs and to ban the ip of its creators.
